Cancellation conditions


You can cancel free of charge up to 1 month before arrival.
From 30 days before arrival we charge 30% of the travel price.
From 14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
If you cancel within the last week before arrival or if you leave early, we will charge you 90% of the travel price

But something could also come up for you.

We would like to spare you these unnecessary costs and the associated hassle. Therefore, as a precaution against cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue), we recommend insuring yourself with Hotelstorno Plus or the comprehensive Hotelstorno Premium insurance (including accident benefits)
